I am a certified yoga instructor with the privilege of teaching group fitness classes here at Peak Fitness. My teaching is grounded in a strong focus on form, function, and accessibility. Helping people feel capable and empowered in their bodies is incredibly fulfilling to me, and creating class environments where individuals of all ages and abilities feel welcome is always a top priority. Katie has been teaching here at Peak Fitness for the last 6 years.
Outside the studio, I’m a mama to two little boys, an avid outdoor enthusiast, and a proud thrift-store junkie. I truly believe that health is wealth, and that movement is a gift that keeps on giving.
