STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES

CARDIO HIIT

Aerobic High Intensity Interval Training with varying cardio exercise to spike your heartrate. This type of workout helps build endurance, increases your aerobic capability, and increases core stability which works to prevent injuries which allows you to perform at your best.

ZUMBA

Dance class that combines high energy moves and dance combinations that are designed to make your workout fun and make you feel great!

WEIGHTS

This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight- bearing and resistance exercises. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core training and stretching for complete workout.

TRX

Is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Series of exercises in a circuit with little rest between exercises.

ACP (AFTER CARE PROGRAM)

This is a physical therapy-based class for individuals that have completed their physical therapy and are now moving into the strengthening phase. If you are interested in participating in this class, please contact Joy prior to attending.

SKI/SPORTS FIT

This ski fitness class will prepare you for a stronger, healthier, and more confident snow sport season.  Focusing on overall body strength, agility, and balance through fitness techniques, education, and in-class training will help to avoid injuries on the slopes.

STEP PLUS ABS

Step your way to a toned body with this fun cardiovascular workout. Followed by challenging core workout. You control your intensity level by adjusting the step.

F.I.T (Function. Integrated. Training)

Functional Fitness: Mimic everyday movements, improve strength, balance, flexibility, isolate muscles, Push, pulling, squatting, getting off the floor, hip mobility, planes of motion.

YOGA/BODY & MINDS CLASSES

YOGA

Hatha flow, Flow through a series of dynamic movements that will increase your flexibility and restore balance and strengthen core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. Focus on self-awareness.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Slow paced, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

FLOW YOGA

Is an energetic vinyasa-style form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.

CIRCL MOBILITIY

Focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises.  It helps you release stress, restore your range of motion, and renew your ability to move better, longer.

SPIN

This 45-minute ride is a highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all fitness levels, spin offers a challenging ride with fun energizing music that offers the perfect opportunity to get your heart pumping while you burn some serious calories!

    Gym Open 24 Hours! Staffed Hours of Operation. Monday - Friday: 6:00AM - 5:00PM, Saturday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    You can cancel your membership by calling us and telling us you want to cancel or you can come in and we will cancel it for you.

  • How do I book a place in a class?

    WE DON'T BOOK CLASSES ITS 1st come 1st serve basis.
