CARDIO HIIT
ZUMBA

This is whatever Yadi, wants to bring to the table, Cross training from weights class, could be TRX, a verity of different workouts, core, keeps you guessing, and she will get you in great shape!
WEIGHTS
This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight- bearing and resistance exercises. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core training and stretching for complete workout.
TRX
Is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
CIRCUIT
Involves doing a series of exercises, either strength training, cardio exercises, or a mixture of the two, one after the other with minimal rest in between exercises.
ACP (AFTER CARE PROGRAM)
This is a physical therapy-based class for individuals that have completed their physical therapy and are now moving into the strengthening phase. If you are interested in participating in this class, please contact Joy prior to attending.
SKI/SPORTS FIT
This ski fitness class will prepare you for a stronger, healthier, and more confident snow sport season. Focusing on overall body strength, agility, and balance through fitness techniques, education, and in-class training will help to avoid injuries on the slopes.
